Announcement from OCCA (Omaha Chinese Cultural Association) 我们十分高兴地通知大家，通过多方的共同努力和协调，中国驻美国大使馆已决定将于1月29日来内布拉斯加州(Nebraska)奥玛哈市(Omaha)收办中国护照、旅行证颁发申请。办证时间地点定在1月29日8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Burke High School (12200 Burke Blvd, Omaha, NE 68154)。 办证程序主要是使馆官员当面交谈、审核所需文件，批准签字加印。批准后的文件由申请人自己寄至使馆，免去当面到使馆办理麻烦。 办证顺序以提前登记顺序为准。请还未登记的人尽快与OCCA负责此事的周直先生联系，将所需办证种类，办证数量发送到以下邮箱: gxzhou2000@yahoo.com。 另外和去年一样，所有现场协助工作人员都是volunteers, 但OCCA 将收取 $25.00/本协助费，此项费用全部用来办证和晚会租赁场地花销。 希望大家根据要求将材料准备齐全，具体要求请参照使馆相关网页。根据以往的经验，办证现场出现的问题主要集中在: 1) 相片尺寸规格不符 2) 相片头太大或太小 3) 相片没有露耳朵 4) 需要复印的护照资料页不全 再次感谢大家的协助和配合！ OCCA
