2014 Lantern Festival Party and LCCA President Election

To celebrate the traditional Lantern Festival, LCCA hosted a lunch party on Feb 22nd (Saturday) at the Imperial Palace Chinese restaurant. About 100 people attended the event. There were Prize drawings for 2014 members, performances and riddle crackings during the events. New LCCA president election was also conducted during the event. Ruilin Cheng was elected to be the new LCCA president. Ruilin shared her visions at the event. LCCA will organize events and activities for our members and to attract new members. LCCA also strives to make our members feel a sense of belonging. LCCA will continue to collaborate with organizations, such as Confucius Institute, Chinese Student & Scholar Association and Chinese School, which share the common interest in promoting Chinese culture.

LCCA welcomes your ideas and suggestions in making LCCA a better organization. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to send an email to LCCA@live.com.
